Just so everyone knows, when the weather conditions are poor, game nights could get canceled. Here’s an email I received from Bluewater explaining the situation.
“Winter has arrived fast and furious and we are fine tuning our process to inform you when events need to be canceled. Events are canceled when buses do not run. Even though the weather may clear later in the day, school schedules are shifted around bus cancellations and making the decision early in the day makes it clear for everyone. ”
Make sure to check back to the site and radio stations for up to date information regarding this.
Due to good luck (and a cancellation of a school dance), we now have games posted for December 9th, please check the schedule to see when you play.

Also, make sure to notify either West Hill staff or Committee members if you arrive at the gym and the changerooms are not in ideal condition. As well, make sure to clean up after yourselves in the gym and change rooms. (make sure to recycle water bottles and throw out garbage)
The first game for Indoor Soccer (Futsal) will commence on October 21st.

Please bring the following to the 1st game:
- Your equipment (shinguards / shoes / socks)
- White T-Shirt – if you’re on….Joe Tomatoes (Silver), Vertical (Orange) and Meridian (Yellow)
- Black T-Shirt – if you’re on….Meridian (Red), Vertical (Green), Joe’s (White)
* We had to make a last minute change to our uniform order and therefore we may not have uniforms available for the first night, check back to the site often for information regarding this.
Hurry and get your Indoor Registration Forms and Payment in before September 17th to guarantee a spot in the league and avoid late fees. All registrations sent in after September 17th will need to pay an additional $25 late fee ($150 total registration cost for late registrations)
