The registration has begun for the 2012 Adult Outdoor Soccer Season!

$5 Dollar Credit For Returned Jersey

Anyone who still has their jersey from this seasons outdoor league, if you could please drop it off at the house sometime in the next couple weeks (with your name attached) we will apply a $5 dollar credit to a future registration fee.

We appreciate every jersey returned, since it saves the league money, which in turn, saves every player money. Below is the address where you can drop it off, you can leave it in the mailbox or on the chairs out front.

2011 Outdoor Champs – Northridge

Northridge pulled out a close win, defeating Joe Tomato’s, 1-0 in the finals.

Congratulations Northridge!

End of the Year Banquet

We’ll be heading up to Joe Tomato’s after the games on Tuesday night for an end of the year banquet. Snacks / Food will be provided, “Best Team Player” awards will be handed out and door prizes will be drawn for those who attend.

If you haven’t already, please make sure to select the “Best Team Player” from your team.

As well, please take a few moments to fill out the end of the season survey, this will help us plan for future seasons.

Since we’re losing light as each day passes, the games will start 15 mins earlier this coming week.

Any games that are tied at the end of regular time – will go straight to shoot-outs.

Consolation Match

6:00 – Field 2 –Meridian vs. Vertical

Consolation Final

6:00 – Field 1 – Kettles vs. Stone Tree

Bronze Match

7:15 – Field 2 – Soma vs. Tannahill

Championship Final

7:15 – Field 1 – Joe’s vs. Northridge

First Round of Playoffs

The first round of playoffs have been posted, you can view the match-ups under “Outdoor Soccer” -> “Schedule / Game Dates” -> “Playoff Schedule” or Click Here

Any teams requiring substitutions must make sure the players they are substituting are of the same class as the players they are missing (ie. A class player for A class player, B class for B class, etc etc)

Team rosters may be checked and verified by committee members, to determine equality for all substitutions, and if teams do not have the appropriate substitutions in place, they may be required to play short (or forfeit and play a friendly match)

Games Extend Regular Season

The regular season has been extended with an additional week of games. They were posted to the schedule a few weeks back, and are as follows:

August 9th

6:15

Field 1 – Vertical vs. Stone
Field 2 – Meridian vs. Northridge

7:30

Field 1 – Soma vs. Joe Tomato’s
Field 2 – Kettles vs. Tannahill

The playoffs will start on August 16th and will consist of the following format:

1st Week (Quarterfinals) – August 16th

1st vs. 5th
2nd vs. 6th
3rd vs. 7th
4th vs. 8th

2nd Week (Semi-Finals) – August 23rd

4 teams battle for championship finals / 4 teams battle for consolation finals

3rd Week (Finals) – August 30th

Championship finals / Bronze Match / Consolation Finals / 7th and 8th Place Match
